   I'm obsessed with web usability and accessibility, but I'm big on server side programming and project methodology too. So a bit of an all-rounder.

2. John Cinnamond

   I have been working with internet for longer than I care to remember, most recently as Technical Director for a successful internet services company. I've been a sysadmin, developer and manager and understand the full lifecycle of developing and running successful websites.

   Like Andrew, I care a lot about building good, clean, usable websites. I am also a methodology geek, particularly when it comes to Scrum and other agile approaches. This means that I obsess about delivering the right solutions in the best possible timescales. What really makes me tick, though, is working closely with a client to deliver a web application that really works.
